If you're using your mobile phone, you can check the remaining credit/data balance on your account using the MyDigicel App.
View your balances by clicking here.
Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click “Log In”.
Step 2. Your phone number will be shown in the space provided. Click “Continue.”
Step 3. Select “Menu, " at the top left-hand corner of your screen, then select “Account & Balances”.
Step 4. Here, you will see your credit balance. If there is a Data/Voice/D'Music Plan on your account, the balance will also be shown along with any related bonus balances.
