1. What is the New Roam Easy plan?
The new “Easy Roam” plans allow postpaid customers the flexibility to roam in 40 countries around the world with bundled data and minutes, access to free incoming calls, and reduced out-of-bundle calling and text rates.

3. Who will benefit from these Roaming plans?
These new roaming plans are for Postpaid customers only. (For now)
4. How do customers activate the roaming plans? (For now only in CAIN by an agent)
Customer will be able to activate the roaming plans by using the following methods:
Postpaid Customers can have this service activated by a customer care agent either by visiting the nearest Digicel store of by contacting a Customer Care agent by dialing 100.
5. How do customers check their data /mins bundle balance and Roaming Plan expiration?
Customer will be able to check their balance by using the following method:
My Digicel App at a.mydigicel.net
When customers check their balance it will display the available data allotment and expiry date.
6. How do these Roaming Plan works?
The new roaming plans will provide postpaid customers with voice minutes and Data. This also includes free incoming calls and SMS at the rate of $0.25c per 160 characters sent.
The Voice minutes will cover all roaming destinations while roaming in one of the eligible roaming destinations, this also includes call back home.
- Free incoming Calls
- Data bundles
- SMS rates of $0.25c
- Overage will be blocked for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
- Reduce Voice rate at $0.75c per minute to roaming destinations and $1.75c per minute to the Rest of the world.
7. Will customers be able to activate the plan if they are not in Antigua and Barbuda?
Yes, Customers will be able to use the My Digicel app to activate the roaming plans. If the network that they are connected to facilitates the UMM they will be able to use the UMM to activate the plan.
8. Will customers be charged to use the MDA while roaming?
No, all customers who activate a roaming plan will have 100MB daily to use the My Digicel app for free while roaming. However, roaming data charges will be incurred if you use the MyDigicel app after the daily allotment has been exhausted and before it has reset for the next day.
9. What are the rates to make calls after the bundles has been depleted on the roaming plans?
Once customers have exhausted their voice minutes they will be charged at the out of bundle rates; which starts at $0.75 per minute. To see the full list of all out of bundle rates, please see question.
10. Will the roaming data and voice bundle roll over if they repurchase the roaming plan?
Yes, once a plan has been repurchased before expiry then any unused data and voice will rollover to the new plan.
11. Will customers’ roaming plan auto renew?
No, customers will be able to do an early renewal or repurchase the plan before it expires however the plan will not auto renew.
12. Will customers be able to move from one Roaming plan to another?
Yes, customers will be able to upgrade from one plan to the next.
13. If customers have bonus credit on their account, can this credit be used while roaming?
No. Bonus credit is only available while in Montserrat.
14. Will customers be able use local data/Mins plan while roaming?
No. customers who have an active local plan will only be able to use their bundles while in Montserrat.
15. What are the rates to make calls when customers do not have an active Roam Easy plan?
Customers will be charged at the standard roaming rates. Standard roaming rates apply:
- When roaming in any of the eligible destinations without an active plan.
- Roaming outside of the eligible destinations with or without an active plan.
